These Terms govern your use of AgeandPages and your purchase of framed prints and related products from us. By placing an order you accept these Terms.

Ordering and pricing All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦). Delivery is calculated at checkout. We may update prices and product options at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for.

Payment Payment is taken at checkout through Paystack, and your order is confirmed once payment is successful. We do not store your card details.

Your photographs and content You keep all rights to the photographs you upload. By uploading them you give us permission to reproduce and print them only to produce your order. You confirm that you have the right to use the images you upload and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights or contain unlawful content. We may decline to print material that is unlawful or infringing.

Production and delivery We begin preparing your order after payment. Delivery times are estimates and depend on your location and the courier.

Cancellations, returns and refunds Each item is made to order from your own photographs, so we cannot resell a returned item. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from what you approved, contact us within 30 days with your order reference and we will repair, replace or refund it. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our responsibility We take care to describe and produce our products accurately. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
