Information we collect When you use AgeandPages we may collect: the photographs you upload so we can print and frame them; your name, email address, phone number and delivery address so we can process and deliver your order; and limited technical information (such as your device and how you use the site) to keep the service working and improve it. Payments are handled by Paystack — we never see or store your full card details.

How we use your information We use your information only to prepare, print, frame and deliver your order; to keep you updated about it and provide support; to process payments and prevent fraud; and to run and improve the shop. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with We share information only with the partners needed to complete your order: our printing and framing partners, the courier that delivers to you, and Paystack for payment. Each receives only what it needs and is required to protect it.

Your photographs Photographs you upload are used only to produce your order. Photos attached to an unpaid draft are deleted automatically after a short period. Photos tied to a paid order are kept only as long as we need them to fulfil the order and to reprint it if there is a problem.

How long we keep your information We keep order and transaction records only as long as we need them to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights You can ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. To make a request, or if you have any question about your privacy, contact us using the details in the footer.
